Unlike in other sports, there is no such thing as a “too small” group in benchrest competition. To produce match-winning results, every aspect of the game must be fine-tuned to the highest degree. It is for this reason that CCI BR4 primers should be used. Only the most experienced and skilled personnel are responsible for placing the priming mix in the cups, ensuring that you get the same flame shot in shot.Benchrest Primers also make use of specially selected cups and anvils to ensure consistency in the final product. Using CCI BR4 Benchrest primers was one of two factors that were identified by an independent researcher as being one of the most significant contributors to the occurrence of tiny groups.
CCI Primers are subjected to ongoing testing and improvement. Therefore, CCI primers today are more sensitive, easier to seat, and more compatible with both progressive and automated loading equipment than they were in previous generations. They make use of modern non-corrosive and non-mercuric initiator mixtures in order to achieve the cleanest possible burn.
Only the best ammunition should be used to fill your long-range competition loads. CCI Bench Rest Rifle primers are designed to provide precise ignition even in the most demanding conditions. They are meticulously assembled to ensure superior consistency and accuracy.
